APPOINTMENT POLICY
A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
Appointments will be automatically canceled after 15 minutes with no communication.
If you are running late, please text ahead of time.

BOOKING & PAYMENTS
All appointments must be booked online.
Deposits (if required) are non-refundable and go toward your service.
Remaining balance is due at your appointment via Cash, Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal 773-963-5418.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Same-day cancellations happen. Please reach out asap.
No-shows will be required to pay in full before booking again.

HAIR PREP POLICY
Hair MUST be fully detangled/combed out before your appointment.
Failure to do so may result in:

OR appointment cancellation.

Specials require you to come with clean and product free hair. 

No exceptions!

GUEST POLICY
No extra guests allowed unless being serviced.
No children’s appointments at this time. (No exceptions)

GENERAL POLICY
Please come on time and ready to be serviced.
